Originally this ground level bathroom was a half bath with toilet and sink. The bathroom itself hadn’t been renovated in over 40 years. The Laundry closet to the left had the units side by side and the client wanted to add a shower to their bathroom. We demo’d the wall separating the laundry space and bathroom, the wall separating the garage from the laundry and bathroom and framed in new spaces for a full bath to be built from scratch as well as a new stackable laundry space. New venting for a bathroom exhaust fan was ran to vent outdoors. Gas line was extended to allow customer to install new gas dryer and new venting had to be ran exterior for that as well. It was a tight fit getting the washer and dryer in to the space, but once it was in, it looked great!
