We demo’d a second story deck and half the roof of this home. Upstairs existed 1 bedroom and a bathroom. We framed in 3 new bedrooms including a new master bedroom and a master bathroom. Gutted the existing bathroom and remodeled it. Second floor now consists of 4 large finished bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. On the first floor we opened up an old 1950’s window set in an old brick exterior wall that used to be an exterior window looking out to the backyard before the first addition was done 15 years ago. We cut that out and demo’d the brick wall to create another entry way from the dining room to the rear living space that leads out to the back yard. The old backyard slider was removed and we beefed up the existing framing and header to support the new 2nd story addition, installed a new larger Marvin slider. All Windows installed were Marvin windows. Siding was certainteed monogram D4 dessert sand. We trimmed all windows and exterior doors with new lifetime PVC J ch
